Maison Margiela

'Recycled Insulation' Down Puffer

Sold out

For Margiela's Fall/Winter 2019 collection he filled the entire runway with garments fully made of recycled goods, yet to the ignorant eye it would look like any Marigela show. Down jackets met reconstructed pants and gloves (a classically Margiela move). The seamless integration of these recycled goods was used to show that the fashion industry, largely driven by fast fashion giants, doesn't need to the environmental plague that it currently is.

This beautiful oversized winter jacket is made from recycled nylon and fits oversized and extra wide.

Pit to pit: 27"

Length: 39"
