Acne Studios began in Stockholm in 1996 by giving away a hundred pairs of raw denim with red stitching, and denim is still the spine of it. Groupie stocks the Swedish label's oversized knitwear, wool scarves and relaxed tailoring, cut with the deadpan restraint that made it a reference point.
