All orders are shipped via USPS. Orders are sent out as soon as possible- please allow 3-5 business days for us to process and ship your order. Items priced over $750 will require a signature upon delivery. Purchases cannot be modified or canceled once processed.

We only sell authentic goods. All items in our store are genuine, authentic products. Our trained in-house authentication experts review all items to ensure that they are original. We guarantee authenticity on everything we sell. You can read more about our Authenticity Guarantee here.

We always recommend following the care instructions on the wash tag of the garment. If you have a stain, we love The Laundress' Guide on stains.

As an archive store, we sell rare items from past collections. As such, the vast majority of our inventory is used. Any flaws will be shown in pictures or noted in the description.

While we attempt to provide accurate images and descriptions, we do not make, and expressly disclaim, any warranties of any kind with respect to any item you purchase. All items are sold on an “AS IS” basis. This means we do not warrant that the listing, descriptions, or photos are accurate, error-free or complete. We make reasonable efforts to accurately display this information for your convenience only. Please note, the actual colors you see will depend on your computer, your smartphone or similar device. We offer the following return policy if you are unhappy with your purchase.

Most items fit true to size. If they fit unusually, we will note it on the listing. Most Japanese items fit one size smaller - we recommend sizing up from your size in US brands. If you need measurements, please contact us.

At Groupie, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. Therefore, if an item arrives and it isn't exactly what you dreamed of, we'll be happy to take a return for a full refund. In order to process a return, please email contact@groupie.store within 2 days of receiving your order. All returns must be shipped back out within 7 days of receiving your order. Refunds will be processed within 2 days of return.
