Return Policy: Hassle-Free Returns at Groupie

At Groupie, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. Therefore, if an item arrives and it isn't exactly what you dreamed of, we'll be happy to take a return for a full refund.

In order to process a return, please email contact@groupie.store within 2 days of receiving your order. All returns must be shipped back out within 7 days of receiving your order. Refunds will be processed within 2 days of return.

Please note that we cannot accept returns for items that have been used, altered, or damaged after they were received. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.
