We process all orders within 3 business days. This processing time applies to all shipping methods, including Express and Overnight.

Domestic Shipping

• Standard ($10): USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground

• Express ($20): USPS Priority Mail or UPS Express

• Overnight ($75): UPS Next Day Air

International Shipping

• Economy ($30–40): USPS First-Class Package International or UPS Economy

• Express ($60–75): USPS Priority Mail International or UPS Worldwide Express

• DHL Express: Rates calculated at checkout

Orders valued at $750 or more may require signature upon delivery.

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by their country.

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to change the shipping address.

While you may see estimated delivery dates at checkout, these are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We cannot control delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or customs processing.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Groupie is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen from the delivery address. If you believe your package was misdelivered, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist.
