Maison Margiela Runway Show Invites

Maison Margiela Runway Show Invites

Renowned for its deconstructivist approach and divergent thinking, the house of Maison Margiela has produced runway invitations as creative as their collections over the years. Many invitations align with Martin Margiela’s minimalist and subversive aesthetic that pushed beyond the norm.

Some of our favorites include Martin Margiela’s classified ad in the local paper for his autumn-winter 1989 show, the ceramic plate produced for spring-summer 2006, a plastic off white television created for his autumn-winter 2009 send-off, and our personal favorite, Martin Margiela’s Rubik’s cube manufactured for the opening of his storefront in the Ebisu district of Tokyo.

Can anyone create better invitations than Martin Margiela himself?
